How is account inactivity and remaining balance handled?
Accounts with no login activity for an extended period are considered inactive. Before any maintenance fee applies, a notice email goes to the registered address with clear instructions on how to reactivate the account by logging in once. Reactivation is free and instant. Where the account remains inactive after the notice window, a small maintenance fee applies monthly to cover the cost of holding the balance and maintaining the account record. The fee never exceeds the remaining balance and stops once the balance reaches zero.
To avoid maintenance fees entirely, withdraw any positive balance and request closure through the standard channel. Closure is free and prevents any future fee from applying.
